| Cupcake Marshmallow Frosing RecipeIngredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 175g icing sugar
Put the egg white, water, golden syrup and cream of tartar in a heatproof bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
Sift in the icing sugar and put the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
Whisk the mixture until it becomes thick and white. Remove from the pan and continue to whisk until the mixture cools and is thick enough until it stands up is soft peaks.
Use the frosting straight away. |
