Each cookie has been finished off with Yellow Non Pareils attached with sugar glue (rolling fondant mixed with a little hot water).	Another quick and easy Easter cupcake, decorated with yellow icing, Tiny Chick Sugar Decorations, Yellow Non Pareils and topped with Chocolate Filigree Decorations.
