This simple Easter themed cupcake has been decorated with a generous amount of buttercream which has then been rolled in pearlescent yellow sparkling sugar crystals. Any gaps can be filled by spooning on crystals and gently pressing them into the icing. Topped off with an flat bunny face sugar plaque.

A simple spring flower cupcake. Coloured buttercream decorated with a selection of edible sugar flowers. For a finishing touch we've used a simple pale pink cupcake wrapper.

Another spring inspired cupcake, this cake has a swirl of buttercream decorated with some butterfly sprinkles and topped with a white chocolate butterfly decoration. Again for a finishing touch we have used a dotted pink cupcake wrapper.

Back to the Easter theme with this Easter chick cupcake. These tiny sugar chicks sit proudly on some coloured buttercream, sprinkled with yellow non-pareils and finished with some chocolate filigree decorations.

An alternative cupcake this time using a bunny face decoration with the similar finishing touches as the Easter chick cupcake.

These egg shaped cookies have been decorated with a selection of large flat Easter sugar plaques. Each cookie has been finished off with yellow non pareils attached with sugar glue (rolling fondant mixed with a little hot water).
