Style are subject to the following
conditions. If you purchase from us you are deemed to accept these
conditions.
Ordering From Cupcake Style
We shall accept an order only when we dispatch your order. A
confirmation email will be sent to you on dispatch of your order
advising of the method of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse to
accept any order where goods are not available, where payment has been
denied or withheld, if we find an error in either the pricing of an
item or in the items description. We have no minimum order.
Payment
Goods and services are charged at the current price at time of order
placement. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice
and at any time. All orders are by cleared funds. All payments are
secure and we do not at anytime have access to your card details. You can pay quickly and securely by SagePay using all the major debit and credit cards.
Postage Charges & Delivery
We will always endeavour to dispatch orders no later than by the end of the following day (Monday-Friday only) from ordering
and cleared payment, however there may be times
when we are in the process of re-stocking certain items. Where an item
is out of stock at time of receipt of order we will contact you to
advise you and arrange to substitute, hold your order or refund
all/part of your order as you wish. We do not back order items. You will be sent an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order.

Returns Policy
We
offer a no quibble money back guarantee in the unlikely event that you
are not satisfied with your goods. PLEASE NOTE: In line with
hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of edible goods. Goods may be returned to us providing that they are in a re-salable
condition and have not been opened or used in any way. Goods
are only accepted for a return/refund if they have been authorised.
Please contact us prior to returning an item, we are unable to accept
returns unless this has been agreed between both parties. Customers are
liable for return postage for unwanted items, should any returns not be
in a re-salable condition a full refund will not be made.
Claims of damage or missing items must be notified by email to
info'at'cupcakestyle.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Once we have
been informed we will try and rectify the situation as soon as
possible.

Privacy Policy
Any
information you provide us with will be used only in the completion of
your order, we never disclose your information to third parties. We
do not at anytime come into contact with your card details.
Product Specifications
We make every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserve the
right to vary actual dimensions, specifications and quantities without
prior notice. In the event that we cannot supply the goods ordered, we reserve the right to offer goods of equal or superior
quality at no extra cost. If the
alternative goods offered are not acceptable, he or she may cancel the order and require
any money paid to us in respect of that order to be refunded.
The product images supplied are for illustrative purposes only and
should not be assumed to be an actual photograph of the product and its
features/functionality. Any colour or size variations will usually be
mentioned. If in doubt, feel free to contact us and we will be more
than happy to provide further product information and clarification.
If you are not satisfied with the product supplied, we will be happy to
accept the product back subject to our returns policy above.
Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted
on our website are correct and accurate. However, some mistakes will
occasionally occur. In the case of an error or omission, we will be
entitled to rescind the contract, and our liability in that event will
be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect
of that order.
We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
