| Honey and Lemon Cupcake RecipeIngredients
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF & prepare your cupcake pan with cases. Place the sugar, butter, buttermilk, eggs, honey and lemon rind in a bowl and mix well. Gradually add the flour, baking powder and bran, mix gently until combined taking care not to overmix. Fill your cupcake cases to just over halfway and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and springy to the touch. Allow to cool before decorating. | ||||||||||||||||||
