Are my card details safe if I use your site?

Yes, we accept payments only by SagePay who use industry leading data encryption to keep your card details safe and secure. At no time do we come into contact with your card details. All transaction information entered is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates & no card information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that your card details cannot be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to addresses in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays) but this may not always be possible at busy times. You will be advised by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. If you've created and account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and selecting 'Order Information'

Can I place my order over the telephone?

Sorry but we do not take telephone orders. Orders can only be accepted through the website, should you be experiencing problems placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail please contact us to confirm dispatch of your order.  Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (UK) or by Airmail (Ireland). Most UK orders arrive within 1-2 working days but it can take up to 7 working days with this service. The majority of 'missing' orders have in fact been left with neighbours or are at the local sorting office awaiting collection or delivery, please check that this is not the case and allow 7 working days after dispatch of your order before contacting us. 

What is your privacy policy?

We will never pass any of your details onto anyone else. We do not at any time have access to your card details.

Can I get samples of your products?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of sample requests we used to receive, we are no longer able to send out samples. Our non-edible products are covered by our no quibble money back guarantee should they prove unsuitable for your requirements.

Do you sell wholesale/bulk or offer trade terms?

We do not offer any of our products at wholesale prices or are able to offer discounts for bulk purchases or to trade buyers.

I am organising a charity event, can I get a donation?

We were receiving many requests for charity donations and were unfortunately unable to meet them all. We are now making an annual single monetary donation to charity and will not be able to fulfill any donation requests. For 2011 we have donated to the NSPCC.
