Are my card details safe if I use your site?

Yes, we accept payments only by SagePay who use industry leading data encryption to keep your card details safe and secure. At no time do we come into contact with your card details. All transaction information entered is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates & no card information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that your card details cannot be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders the same day (Monday - Friday only) whenever  we can but this may not be possible at busy times. All orders are generally dispatched no later than the following working day, but should your order be delayed beyond this, we will advise you by e-mail. You will be advised once your order has been dispatched.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

We are not currently able to take telephone orders. Orders can only be accepted through the website, should you be experiencing problems placing your order, please e-mail us for assistance.

Where is my order?

Unless you have been advised otherwise, your order will have been dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (UK only). Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days but it can take up to 5 working days with this service. The majority of 'missing' orders have in fact been left with neighbours or are at the local sorting office awaiting collection, please check that this is not the case before contacting us. 

What is your privacy policy?

We use the information you provide only to complete your order, we will never pass any of your details onto anyone else. We do not at any time have access to your card details.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to addresses in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

What size are your cupcake wrappers?

Can I get a sample cupcake wrapper?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of sample requests we receive, we are not able to send out samples. Our cupcake wrappers are covered by our no quibble money back guarantee should they prove unsuitable for your requirements.

Do you sell wholesale or offer trade terms?

We do not offer any of our products at wholesale prices or are able to offer discounts for bulk purchases to the trade.

I am organising a charity event, can I get a donation?

We were receiving many requests for charity donations and were unfortunately unable to meet them all. We are now making an annual single monetary donation to charity and will not be able to fulfill any donation requests. For 2010 we have donated to the UNICEF's Haiti Earthquake Children's Appeal.
