Cream Cheese Cupcake Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

• 125g cream cheese or mascarpone
• 250g icing sugar
• 90g unsalted butter at room temperature
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• juice of half a lemon

Simply place all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor and blend until smooth!
