Stir in the icing sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth. For alternative flavourings try: Orange - replace the milk and vanilla with 2 teaspoons of orange juice and 2 teaspoons of finely grated orange peel. Chocolate - add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder mixed with 1 tablespoon hot water.
