With the wedding season in full swing, we thought we'd bring you one of our latest creations, the String of Pearls Wedding Cupcake.

These cupcakes are simple to create but we're sure you'll agree look simply stunning.


Created by simply piping a swirl onto a cupcake using a large hole piping tube and then follow the contours of the icing, placing a string of ivory pearlised dragees. We found it easier to drop each dragee in place and then nudge into position with a cocktail stick. Finish the top with a large pearlised dragee and pop into a shimmer ivory cupcake wrapper to complete the look.
